My investor likes those homes that need EVERYTHING.   He likes projects, and he got another one.    Think this one is #4 he has bought from me.   You know the inside is probably really bad when there are NO interior photos! Dam East homes feed into Cherry Creek Schools, and that is what he wants for his rentals.   (he remodels and rents the homes)    This one has 4 beds and 3 baths with a pretty good-sized yard. Our market has softened, but this home has lots of room for investors, so obviously, there were other offers.   He beat out 6 other offers!    There is something to be said for a clean offer, and paying cash - not a hard money lender.    There was an offer $37,500 more than my clients', but there was a loan terms deadline right before closing in 30 days!     Congrats to my Buyer...
