 When a new community is close to close-out, the model home is put on the market.   This model home never went on MLS, but my buyer fell in love with it.    They accepted her offer, and will work with selling her home.  These are paired townhomes with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a 2-car attached garage.   Meritage Homes is known for building very energy-efficient green homes. The builder offered all the furniture, decor and even the towels in the bathroom for a great price, which my Buyer agreed to. Depending on how her sale goes, and if we have to sell her home more than once, she should close end of August.
