This buyer is now the proud owner of this golf course community home.   Not sure what he will do with the pool.   He plans to get his vendors into the home quickly to get it updated and repaired.   Right now, the garage door and opener are not working.   Congratulations to my buyer!    This property was owned by the same owner since 1986 and let much of it go with no maintenance done unless they had to.   Good thing there is a new furnace and air conditioner!    Much of the home needs to be remodeled, which is exactly what my buyer was looking for.    He did ask if he could get the pool up and running again, but the 25' trees growing in it says probably nothing is salvageable.   I meant to take a photo..... Meadow Hills has a golf course, tennis courts, and all the homes have huge lots ...

  Tollgate Crossing is a beautiful neighborhood of homes that was started by DR Horton that is conveniently located 30 minutes outside of Downtown Denver and is an easy commute to DIA.   You will also now find Oakwood Homes & Antero Homes building in Tollgate Crossing.   There are now some townhomes in the neighborhood also.  With many pocket parks throughout the neighborhood, it's not uncommon to see neighborhood families with kids playing and enjoying the Colorado weather.  Living in Tollgate Crossing you have retail outlets at Southlands Mall, retail and hospitals close but don't have the traffic you would expect in Denver.   Homes in this neighborhood were built from 2004-2019.   This neighborhood is located in the Cherry Creek School District.    You will find this neighborhood in ...

 When a new community is nearing close-out, the model home is put on the market.    Meritage accepted her offer and accepted her contingency to sell her home.  These are paired townhomes with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a 2-car attached garage.   Meritage Homes is known for building very energy-efficient green homes. The builder offered all the furniture, decor and even the towels in the bathroom for a great price, which my Buyer agreed to. Today she closed on her beautiful new property, and looking forward to moving into her new home!

The Buyers closed in June, took possession in July, and two days after they moved in, I got a call.     How do you deal with neighbors that run their music at 2 am and won't turn it down?     These Buyers went over the first time very nice and asked if they could tone it down after 9 pm.   He said yes.   Two days later, it was loud once again.    They went over and asked again, and the neighbor said he has lived there 20 years and that is how he lives - get over it!    The next day I called our State Legal hotline, and the Seller did NOT need to disclose this information.    He also suggested making an appointment with a real estate attorney and sending a letter to this neighbor. They are now calling the Police, but miraculously, the neighbor knows when to turn it down, and is off by th...
