The Buyers closed in June, took possession in July, and two days after they moved in, I got a call.     How do you deal with neighbors that run their music at 2 am and won't turn it down?     These Buyers went over the first time very nice and asked if they could tone it down after 9 pm.   He said yes.   Two days later, it was loud once again.    They went over and asked again, and the neighbor said he has lived there 20 years and that is how he lives - get over it!    The next day I called our State Legal hotline, and the Seller did NOT need to disclose this information.    He also suggested making an appointment with a real estate attorney and sending a letter to this neighbor. They are now calling the Police, but miraculously, the neighbor knows when to turn it down, and is off by th... 08/16/2021
