Yountville, Napa Valley, home to the priciest hotel rooms in the state This may be a list that the Town of Yountville doesn't want to be number one on. But according to a press release from CheapHotels.org, taken in 30 California destinations June through August 2012, Yountville has the priciest hotel rooms in the state. I don't know how much stock to put into this but their website did show up #29 on a Google search of "cheap hotel rooms". One thing for certain, the Town is a true destination with several top rated hotels and spas with about 600 rooms in total. An overnight stay in Yountville will set visitors back, on average, $327 for the cheapest available double room. Important things to consider when purchasing rental property in Yountville and the Napa Valley Via Realtor.com, I read a post from BiggerPockets.com about Factors to Consider when Choosing a Market for Real Estate  Investment. They listed the three below as being the most important. Yountville, the epicurean heart of Napa Valley, once again has pizza Yountville will soon have three pizzerias, the most of any Napa Valley City In the beginning there was only Mama Ninas.
