I just listed a home on a former golf course (now private park) in the Lighthouse Marina in West Sacramento that has such a gorgeous panoramic view in the back yard, I'm certain buyers will want to buy that home for the view probably more so than its almost 5,000 square feet and 7 bedrooms. Fabulous views can sell a home, even if the home is lacking in upgrades. I bought my own home mostly due to its 1/4 acre lot and treetop views. One can fix an interior.   I was hoping to be able to get caught up in the office this week, but plans change. I have been getting a lot of calls for jobs with very short deadlines. I hear things like; “the move-in is tomorrow”, “water is leaking from the drain pipe upstairs”, or “can you get out here today”.   Now I’m not one to complain about being busy, I tend to draw those types of jobs.
