As we meandered around our former commercial real estate farm in the wee hours of the morning, we noticed the newest building of the Pacific Design Center.  The long awaited Red building was reflected into the Blue One.  The Blue building was the first one to be built and was affectionately known as the "Blue Whale".    The first notable tenant other than furniture wholesale designers was Mrs. Gooch" which offered organic foods and was a predecessor to Whole Foods in 1975. One of my out of country clients who owns a Condominium was inquiring what the Real Estate Market was like today in West Hollywood. My answer was along this line: Before I focus on what I think would be a good starting point to market your condominium, let me mention that the Los Angeles Real Estate Market is on fire. Connie & Ted, Best new East Coast Restaurant in West Hollywood, CA 90046 I loved this place! The architectural building is hip and cool, plenty of parking with the Valet service. I was already in a good mood. I have previewed the menu and I was totally sold. Keep in mind I am not a big fan of leaving the Marina. That is Marina Del Rey, CA. Once I am home everything is a project to get me out. Well in this case I was looking forward to the “long commute”J The menu is clearly East Coast Seafood, how could that be bad?  I am also not a big fan of early dinner, but Diane and I decided that we should do the first sitting to see what the restaurant is made of.
