Seeing as I made a living off open houses the past couple of years. I always look forward to the short rainy season we have here in Southern California. It's a given that traffic at an open house on a rainy day here in So Cal is usually slower. However the prospects coming into the open houses on rainy days generally I find to be much stronger leads. I have had much success with rainy day open houses and have sold 2 houses That I have sat on in the past 3 years.
