After spending 3 days hiking within the Redwood Trees, I decided to take a stroll down the coastline of Trinidad.     Going back and forth from Eureka to the Redwoods north of Orick, it is real easy to pass Trinidad because it is such a small town.   As the Sun Sets behind the "Pacific Ocean" I want to wish you all a wonderful evening ...   I would like to wish all of you a wonderful evening with "Sweet Dreams" and end this day in a positive note! Life is very short compared to eternity and we should take advantage of every minute we can. If we are unhappy and find ourselves sleeping too much stay up a little later and try to do some different things in our lives.  The rugged coastline of California - by Robert Swetz  These photographs were taken at Trinidad Beach in California July of 2008. As you can see by all the large rocks, it is very rugged and beautiful with flowers and green plants every where.  In the photo below, I became very worried because my wife took off ahead of me and when I got down to the beach, I could not find her. If you look real close you can see her sitting up on a rock dressed in black about in the middle of the page.    And the last photograph shows you how big these rocks really are by the man that is walking along the beach and the other people in the picture.  Trinidad Beach is a very beautiful part of the California Coastline and I really like the rock structures more than just plain sand. One of Humboldt County's most popular getaway towns is the small tranquil city of Trinidad, California.   Once you visit Trinidad, you may fall in love and never want to leave.  This city is right on the coast of northern Humboldt which means there are breath taking views every where you look.  There are public hiking trails all along the many secluded beaches that make up this town.  Surfers, dog walkers, naturalists, students and everyone from all over Humboldt County visits Trinidad to enjoy the scenery and experience what it has to offer.  College Cove is a beach in Trinidad where you will find surfers hanging ten on the thrashing waves when the tide is good.  On a sunny day there are also people playing Frisbee with their dog or laying out in the sand getting some sun.  Since the b... 09/17/2007
