I live, work, volunteer and worship in Tracy, CA.  Tracy is located 45 miles east of San Franciso.  The weather here is very mild.  We get bit warmer and a bit colder than San Francisco Bay Area but not by much.  We also get the "delta breeze" as the coast gets cooler than the valley and the wind sucks into the warmer area. However, last night we got WIND.  I don't mean a strong "Delta Breeze" but wild true wind.  I know there are areas that strong winds are common but not here. The morning light showed multiple trees down, branches, leaves, basketball hoops blown over, but even knowing we had had a very windy night (50+MPH winds) I was very suprised to see this on my drive home this morning. Do you see what I see..... look close right UNDER the STOP sign. I was headed home today, just turned into my neighborhood.  I followed Mr. Officer into the neighborhood, watched him do a u-turn, and PARK and get Radar ready. If you are driving on South on Sycamore, towards Wanda Hirsch Elementary School and you are speeding, be prepared to meet Mr. Officer.   I'm happy to see Mr. Officer there, as people drive SUPER FAST down this neighborhood street. 03/05/2012

Wanda Hirsch Elementary School in Tracy CA has been a CA Distguished School and is one of the most sought after elementary schools in Tracy CA. The Staff is outstanding, the sports during lunch and after school is fabulous, and the CA Score Card is exceptional. Buyers frequently call me and ask, do you have a house for sale near Wanda Hirsch School.  Usually my answer is NO.  There is Very little turnover in this neighborhood of predominately single family homes.
