Check out the City of Thousand Oaks CA - Vibrant Community Ranked as one of the safest places in the US with populations over 100,000, Thousand Oaks is one of Ventura Counties most popular cities. THIS WEEK:  May 11, 2015 the median list price for a single family home in THOUSAND OAKS, CA is $799,900.00    Demand measured by the Market Action Index is increasing and days-on-market is holding steady. With more properties coming available, conditions are mildly positive.    SUPPLY AND DEMAND:In the last few weeks the market has achieved a relative stasis point in terms of sales to inventory. However, inventory is sufficiently low to keep us in the Seller's Market zone so watch changes in the MAI. If the market heats up, prices are likely to resume an upward climb.   PRICE:The market seems to have paused around this plateau.
