The Kevington Community in Thousand Oaks CA  Kevington  is a community located in Thousand Oaks California just north of the Meadows elementary school off of East Janss Road.  Nestled up in the hills, the homes in this community offers stunning views of the valley and Thousand Oaks.Home to about 630 residents, Kevington  is primarily made up of homeowners. THIS WEEK:  May 11, 2015 the median list price for a single family home in THOUSAND OAKS, CA is $799,900.00    Demand measured by the Market Action Index is increasing and days-on-market is holding steady. With more properties coming available, conditions are mildly positive.    SUPPLY AND DEMAND:In the last few weeks the market has achieved a relative stasis point in terms of sales to inventory. However, inventory is sufficiently low to keep us in the Seller's Market zone so watch changes in the MAI. If the market heats up, prices are likely to resume an upward climb.   PRICE:The market seems to have paused around this plateau.
