Market Report: Homes for Sale in Harveston in Temecula CA 2015 The market for homes for sale in Harveston in Temecula is a pretty even market, with almost as many homes selling in the last 60 days as are Active on the market for sale now.  That means it is starting to look like a seller's market in Harveston, with quite a few buyers in the market for homes there.  People do find Harveston desirable because Harveston is a lovely community of quiet, tree-lined streets, surrounding a lake at the center of the community with a clubhouse, pool, walking trails and of course lake views for many homes. eport: Homes for Sale in Redhawk Near GOHS in Temecula 2014 Looking at the Active homes for sale being over 5 times larger than the number of pending sales, a market report observer would figure that this is a Buyer's market: far more homes on the market than willing buyers, "at these prices."  The higher number of sold listings in the prior month would indicate that those homes either had a marginally lower selling price to garner those buyers, and/or were finishing out the summer selling season, though that is a tad late in the year to be part of the summer move because here in Temecula, the school year starts early, in August.   Redhawk is a lovely community surrounding golf course areas and in the south Temecula area, making the commute that much shorter to Camp Pendleton and/or San...

Market Report: Homes for Sale in Paseo Del Sol Temecula CA 2014 With 32 homes actively for sale on the market in the Paseo Del Sol community of Temecula, CA, as of 11-2014, versus 12 sold in the prior month of October, the market for a house in this lovely master-planned community looks like a Buyer's market.  That is, there are enough homes on the market that if a buyer makes an offer on one, it is more likely than not that the seller is not receiving multiple offers.  In my anectdotal experience, this is a single-buyer situation, unless the seller prices the home so attractively (low), that anyone "in" the market (i.e., ready, willing and able to buy a Paseo Del Sol home in Temecula) seeing the price would think, "Wow! That's a great price, I'd be willing to pay that, or above that!" ...
