Our time with Belle.................. We have some clients in Stevenson Ranch, CA, which we have their home listed for sale. The property has many nice features. Meet Belle. Belle would always come to greet us at the door whenever we had a showing. Half the reason is because she was happy to see you, and the other half is because of the "watch-dog" in her. Sometimes Belle could be a little too friendly, so most of the time if we have a showing on the home, Belle would need to spend a few minutes in the garage while the buyers and their agent would view the home. Some of the best questions are those asked.  A simple asking of what the market is doing inside of the Stevenson Ranch community of the Santa Clarita Valley - on Google - will get you some unreliable resources.  Not based on True and Factual market data but based on someone wanting a Thicker Wallet! We have met with some folks that are not wanting to "give their home away". I got that.  I don't want to give your home away, in fact - the more I can sell your home for, the more commission I will make. So with the simple solution to that question (objection) when it comes to the listing price, the home will only sell for what the Buyer is willing to pay.
