South Pasadena Rose Parade Float “Never Give Up” Is Close To The Finish Line There’s been some rain in South Pasadena.  Earlier today, I went to once again check out progress for the city of South Pasadena’s float entry in the 128th annual Tournament of Roses Parade.   South Pasadena has the oldest self-built float in the parade(and one of only six self-built floats in the parade out of 40 entries this year).   This is an all-volunteer effort by South Pas which is known for its small town appeal despite being approximately six miles from Downtown Los Angeles.
