South Pasadena Rose Parade Float “Never Give Up” Passes The Finish Line The 128th annual Tournament of Roses Parade is now in the history books. South Pasadena with the oldest self-built float in the parade showed people that even though it didn’t win an official award the community spirit is very much alive in this city.       This year’s entry “Never Give Up” had about 85% or more of the surface area covered with fresh flowers(according to the organization’s Facebook page).
