Short Sale Process Explained - Solana Beach California - Short Sale my Home Do you think you are in a potential short sale situation?  Do you know your options?   You do have them... Overview:   Short sales typically occur when a borrower is in a situation where the home is worth less than what is owed to the lender on the property.   In some cases depending on the borrowers situation, the lender may approve a short sale which allows the property to be sold for less than the amount owed.   In this case the lender approves the short sale and takes less, and the borrower is no longer responsible to pay the loan.   In some cases the lender can ask that the borrower take back a loan to pay the deficiancy amount between what was owed and what the property sold for.   However, in many cases,...

Can You Guess What This Is?   The beauty of California's agriculture never ceases to amaze. If you ever drive through some of the hotbeds of agriculture you cannot help but be impressed by the amount of land that is allocated to produce and fruits, in areas like Oxnard, and the Central Valley (Kern, Tulare, Fresno and Merced Counties).   California is the nation's top producing agricultural state, and some time spent in any of the major agricultural areas will convince you of why this is so. The diversity and amount of products we see coming from California is truly amazing.  The beauty of our weather is that many small communities, and individual farms and homeowners, can grown produce in abundance...small and large.  Do you know what this is? ********************************  WANNA GO...

Every year Solana Beach puts on this fiesta and shuts downs a couple big major street and opens up for concerts, fair food, and crafts. It is going to be June 5th-6th and we went yesterday. It was so much fun but it would have been nice if the June Gloom wasn't around! My girlfriend said Fiesta de Gloom! It ended up not being so bad standing an asphalt to watch the shows. One of my favorites was the Stones Cover Band! They rocked and really looked like them too. If you are around the San Diego area this is a great event to go to today!

Claire's on Cedros is a fabulous bakery and cafe located in Solana Beach, just north of the train station on Cedros Avenue.  My husband and I had the pleasure of eating breakfast at Claire's last weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the structure as well as the delicious food. Take a look at those Pumpkin Pancakes with Pecans and Cinnamon Butter!  If that doesn't make your mouth water I don't know what could!  They were moist and delicious and the pecans added a little crunch in every bite!  Don't try and order them on the weekdays though....they are only available on Saturday and Sunday.  The coffee was stong and delectable and just what was needed after the New Year's festivities. The building is Leed Certified and features landscape that is an Edible Garden and they have even pr...
