As you may know Los Angeles, especially the Westside, is being name Silicon Beach. The Los Angeles tech scene continues to grow. Large branded companies, and start ups are taking foot in Silicon Beach. Commercial space is getting more expensive, spaces like ROC are serving start ups who choose not to plunk down the cash in an expensive lease, and smartly are leading with revenue.
