The days of giving a description of the "Marin" Real Estate market are gone! Each town and city is experiencing a different market. San Rafael and Novato are currently having more difficulty than the rest of the towns in Marin. However, within San Rafael there are many diverse neighborhoods, each with their own market. An example is Glenwood. Why are some homes selling quickly and others sitting for months. In some cases it is the obvious...price. However, in others it isn't Buyers today are taking a look not just at the neighborhood, but a very long and careful look at the property, much more so than previously. What are your thoughts?
