San Marino real estate saw renewed life the week of July Fourth, with an uptick in prices as sales exceeded inventory. The numbers for this report were released Jult 1. San Marino real estate is holding steady as a seller’s market, despite little activity. The San Marino real estate market appears to be in a holding pattern for now. We continue to see a limited number of new listings, giving sellers the most negotiating power in home sales in the area. Prices are slipping, but not too far, as the market quiets down for the second week in a row. These trends are based on this week alone, so it’s possible we’ll see better in weeks to come.
