What Does $2,000,000 Buy In San Marino CA Real Estate? In August of 2014 Trulia.com reported median homes sales prices fell 13.7% in San Marino, California between June 2014 to September 2014 to $1,979,000, from the previous quarter, but were higher 9.9% from the same time in September of  2013.  An average home listing price on San Marino, California on Trulia was $4,180,924 lower 3.2% on September 3, 2014, from previous week, and an average square foot for homes was 15.9% higher to $854 in September of 2014 from September of 2013.
