The local MLSListings suspended the accrual of all DOM (Days On Market) Through April 7, the current expiration date of Silicon Valley's "Shelter in Place" order, which was established to prevent the spread of Coronavirus 19 (AKA COVID-19).While I personally know of home showings and sales still occurring, I'm curious to learn if this is this happening in other parts of California and different states as well.
