Such a historical day: Flag Day, the Army’s 250th Anniversary, Donald J. Trump’s 79th Birthday, J.D. Vance’s Wedding Anniversary, AND the day I have long waited for, the day I meet Dr. Paula McDonald.We planned to meet on the last part of their trip to California. Paula, her husband, and son drove from Southern California to San Jose to meet in person.  I'm anxious and excited, just watching the clock as I watch the Army’s 250th Anniversary Parade on television.   HUGE Tech Companies going down the toilet 12/12/2020 With all the Politics, Fake News and controlling from within HUGE Tech Companies have law suits coming in from all over the world. Sure these Tech companies have plenty of money to pay off these law suits, but it doesn't look good for them.I have a FaceBook account and for the last year most everything on there is garbage, except photos from family and a hand few of friends. The only thing FaceBook is good for would be connecting with new photos of family & friends & advertising your business. Other then that FaceBook is a total waste of time. The low interest rates play a huge factor along with people retiring and either buying a second home or investment homes.Into December now we will start to see a slow down into the first quarter of 2021. Among the many honors, this Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist receives, is a referral from an attorney.  In this case, the referral came from a real estate attorney, not an estate planning or probate attorney which is where Kathleen Daniels receives most probate real estate and trust property referrals.   A past client of the real estate attorney was so confused by all the information real estate agents were telling them their head was spinning.  Trusting the real estate attorney who helped them in the past, they scheduled an appointment with the attorney to get a sanity check.      That is when my phone rang, and I answered it.
