California, including San Francisco, is finally getting some much-needed rain. But not even a rain storm--and it definitely met my definition of a storm!--could daunt the beauty of this doorway on a house on Jackson Street in Presidio Heights.I thought it quite a unusual sight for mid-October, and actually went up close to check it out. Yes, these are real. Two climbing rose bushes, one on either side of the doorway, with several other vines planted and twined through. Beauty in the planning and in the execution and maintenance -- this doesn't occur without love and care, just as our businesses don't flourish without attention to detail and the utmost level of care.
