Dolores Park restored after 4th of July trashing. San Francisco's treasured Dolores Park was trashed on 4th of July when over 4000 attendees chose to hold their festivities in the recently renovated park. It was a beautiful sunny day, performance by the San Francisco Mime Troupe, live music, the new kids playground and the spectacular views, something for everyone. The next morning park grounds keepers were in shock to find that the park had literally been trashed. It took 6 workers over 5 hours each to pick up what ended up being 65 60 gallon bags full of trash. Recology had to be called in for a special pick up to clear the park. The good news is I think folks got the message as the following weekend went without incident and the park Monday morning looked as beautiful as it always do...

Mission Dolores Park new home to Namu Gaji a taste experience of exciting flavors from a welcome addition to the neighborhood serving unique Korean / California Fusion dishes. Located across the street from Dolores Park Cafe and right next door to the oh so popular BI-RITE creamery is the perfect location for people watching. Given the hustle, bustle, and confusion the waitstaff was great and she was extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu. She told us all about their farm which they own and operate and produces 50% of their food on the menu, as the farm matures they expect it to produce 80%.  The menu was a l...
