Most new-construction models were closed for Thanksgiving, but open again on Friday morning. Twenty-four single-family homes were sold in San Dimas during October, with a median price of $513,000, according to DQ News, which charts changes in the sales price of single-family homes and condominiums. The company said the median price declined 18.3 percent from October. 2006.
