Control But Don't Press   The statement is effective for all of us, but especially for those of us in the real estate business.  We don't know where the next piece of business will come from, therefore, we try to control everything.  That will cause you a lot of stress, you will find that you don't have all the control.  So as it states relax, breathe, let go and just live.  When we have multiple clients we are working with, buyers and sellers.  Control what you can and solve what you cannot.  Let the buyer and sellers share in problem solving after all it is their transaction. We have inspectors, agents on the other side of the transaction, escrow officers, docs to sign life can be hectec.  Remember to keep your head and allow yourself space and time to think. Home Values Increase 22.6 Percent In 2013 Through November In Orange County the homeowners saw a 22.6 percent increase in value to their homes.  We have still not fully recovered from the Market Meltdown.  However, that is a good year in anyone's market place.  We do not expect to have that much of an increase in value again in 2014 that would be quite rare. Two universities did come out with their predictions for the 2014 home value increases.  Chapman University has the increase at 5.6 percent, while California State University Fullerton has the increase ranged at between 5 and 7 percent.  Others have also given their predictions.  Zillow thinks that the increase will be at 7.2 percent.
