Well, I did it.  Researched and had a blast posting 30 days of quotes that would inspire, change for the better and hopefully make a difference for myself and others.  YEAH...As I wind down and finish my last few days of it...here is what I learned: 1)  Well,   I have to admit, part of it was selfish.  I knew the time would pass anyway, so why not focus on the positive?  Why not give myself every advantage possible, and my friends as well. 2) Met Some New Friends: It worked!  Not only did I sell more, but I was able to meet a few people along the way! 3)  I posted it on my other social media as well.  If I was going to do it, why not share it with some of my "other" areas of my life...maybe it would make a difference?!! 4)  I was able to feel good more and more often!  I did and do, and...

Good Morning... I have a beautiful home that my Clients are buying in San Bernardino.  It's particularly an extraordinary home, my Clients are really excited.  There have been some concerns about a pooling of the water on the flat part of the roof.  Don't you hate when that happens?!  (pic above is not the actual home) Flat roofs make it difficult to not leak.  There are certain ways they can be built in recent years, but a home that was built prior to 1990, and has a flat roof, will likely leak at some point. What is the reason?  The water has nowhere to go.  Simple. With more recent construction, homes were built with a little channel or valley/gully where the water can travel and leave the roof....this is what we want.  Check out the roof in the picture below.  This is a fairly water...

Winter Safety Tips Fire and Life Safety Tips   Winter Safety Tips The months of December through March are among the coldest in San Bernardino County. As heating costs rise, we tend to rely on alternate sources of heating, such as the fireplace. Although the fireplace gives off a great deal of heat, some fireplaces are designed to lend a cozy atmosphere to a room, rather than heat an entire house. Accidents involving fireplaces and heating equipment are a major cause of home fires. These fires have also resulted in the injuries to more than 50 firefighters and civilians alike. Most of these fires can be prevented. Fire Safety Tips for Fireplaces and Other Heating Devices • Have your chimney inspected by a professional before each heating season and cleaned regularly. • Be sure to have ...

We Love The Inland Empire of Southern California! The Inland Empire of Southern California, (also known as The IE) is the unofficial name of an area approximately 60 miles from north to south and some 50 miles wide that is adjacent to, and inland from, the Los Angeles and Orange Counties. San Diego County lies to the South and Palm Springs to the East.  The Inland Empire spans Riverside and San Bernardino Counties and is roughly 2/3rds the size of Connecticut. Previously referred to as the Orange Empire for the area's historical orange groves and citrus industry, the term "Inland Empire" was coined in the 1950's.        Comprised mainly of the San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, the Inland Empire includes over 35 cities, such as Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Fontana, Rialto, Corona, Riv...

The Book of Nehemiah When I heard these words, I sat down and wept and mourned for days; and I was fasting and praying before God of heaven. 5. I/ said, "I beseech You, O Lord God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who preserves the covenant and lovingkindness for those who love Him and keep His commandments, 6. let Your ear now be attentive and Your eyes open to hear the prayer of Your servant which I am praying before You now, day and night, on behalf of the sons of Israel Your servants, confessing the sins of the sons of Irael which we have sinned against You; I and my father's house have sinned. 7. "We have acted very corruptly against You and have not kept the commandments, nor the statutes, now the ordinances which You commanded Your servant Moses. 8. "Remember the word which Y...

How cars affect your financial freedom I had a revelation about cars that has caused me to not really care what mine looks like. It's not that I don't want a really fast car, it is just that there is something I want a bit more: financial freedom. Is any car worth your financial freedom? The thing I have noticed is that so many people give up financial freedom for their whole lives solely because of the decisions they make with their cars. I know it sounds like a bold statement, but I think it is frightening how true it is. For most people, a car is the second largest purchase they ever make. Second only to their home. The huge difference is that even if they make a bad home purchase, generally speaking it will go up in value over time. Car Depreciation on the other hand, is a beast. R...

This is not my content         Hopefully after viewing this post you can get a written perspective on what we can expect of our president. Before viewing this informed document of what our candidates stand for I didn't really know all the facts and what they believed in. Now I have a better understanding of what our candidates stand for. For example, Mccain believes in traditional marriage and Barack Obama doesn't believe in traditional marriage. For a christian the belief that Mccain has is more likeable than Obama's viewpoint. Take deep consideration to this informed voting document as it is very important in our country's future.

8 reasons Rubbing Alcohol is my money-saving hero! Posted: 06 Oct 2008 10:33 AM CDT You know they say you can't be all things to everyone. Rubbing Alcohol apparently disagrees. After doing a little investigating, I discovered a bunch of uses for it that I never knew about before. The beautiful thing is that you can get Rubbing Alcohol (isopropyl Alcohol) just about anywhere for less than a buck a bottle. It is for these 8 reasons that Rubbing Alcohol is my hero!! 1. Rubbing Alcohol erases "permanent" markers! Even though they claim to be "permanent," Rubbing Alcohol proves them to be liars. When your 5-year old decides to draw the family on your countertop with a Sharpie, your friend Rubbing Alcohol will come to the rescue. Just dab a cotton ball with it and start rubbing, it will come...

Can you get a good paying job without a degree? After recently writing about the debate of whether a collge degree was still worth it or not, I have been doing a little bit more research on the topic. I found out about the growing Fauxploma industry and I recently stumbled on an article that talks about the top paying 25 jobs that you can get without a degree. In the article, the author makes a couple encouraging statements for those without a college degree... The belief that you need a college education to have a well-paying and rewarding job is quickly fading. A four-year degree definitely has its benefits in the business world, but it's not the only path to a successful career. and... "...according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), eight of the 10 fastest-growing occupat...
