Good Morning... I have a beautiful home that my Clients are buying in San Bernardino.  It's particularly an extraordinary home, my Clients are really excited.  There have been some concerns about a pooling of the water on the flat part of the roof.  Don't you hate when that happens?!  (pic above is not the actual home) Flat roofs make it difficult to not leak.  There are certain ways they can be built in recent years, but a home that was built prior to 1990, and has a flat roof, will likely leak at some point. What is the reason?  The water has nowhere to go.  Simple. How cars affect your financial freedom I had a revelation about cars that has caused me to not really care what mine looks like. It's not that I don't want a really fast car, it is just that there is something I want a bit more: financial freedom. Is any car worth your financial freedom? After recently writing about the debate of whether a collge degree was still worth it or not, I have been doing a little bit more research on the topic. I found out about the growing Fauxploma industry and I recently stumbled on an article that talks about the top paying 25 jobs that you can get without a degree. In the article, the author makes a couple encouraging statements for those without a college degree...
