When I met with my new clients in Glenbrook yesterday, a subdivision in Rosemont near Sac State, we talked mostly about them. For starters, they have the coolest surname. It's the kind of name you always wished you had as a kid. It would have elevated your status, no doubt, in elementary school if you were born with that name.  They also inherited such a unique home. The trustee's father built every cabinet in the garage workshop and made creative cubicles for each pull-out drawer. His fence posts are steel. The walls and ceilings are insulted, even the garage door is insulated and the shed is insulated. The family lived in that home for 50 years. So, it's natural and understandable that the sellers would want to interview a bunch of top agents for the job. You can read more in my pers... 07/23/2017
