I Don't Like Doing It, But I Did   Occasionally, I feel pressured into giving an estimate for repairs sight unseen. I'm not placing the blame on anyone but myself and my need to “people please”. There are occasions where I can do this without a concern because I have already done the same thing, at the same, property, with the same circumstances. But this was not the case on this one. I was asked for a price to do the work noted in a pest inspection report. Not a problem, this happens a lot. The agent was looking for a better price because the money was really tight on this transaction. The property was a bit out of the way and I didn't have time to go see it.
