Foreclosures continue to be an important part of the Marin County Real Estate landscape, but the supply of bank-owned homes has dwindled. Here are all single-family foreclosures currently listed for sale in the County. The market for these properties has shifted geographically, and quite notably so.  Remember last year when, if you wanted to buy a foreclosed home, chances were that you'd be looking in Novato or Northern San Rafael? Those days are over, at least for now, as just 5 of all 38 foreclosed homes on the market for sale in Marin County are located in Novato.
