Here you are, a Buyer, looking around on Craigslist looking for a new home to purchase. Better yet you check the Real Estate Services Link to see how much you qualify for first. You notice some super low rates and off you are making that phone call for more info. But, have you thought to check to see if they are licensed?Recently I was surfing around Craigslist in Sacramento and I decided to check the Department of Real Estate to check the status of some of these lenders, and you would be surprised by the number of Loan Brokers that are not licensed by the DRE.What prompted me to look was a posting from another individual that has mission to report unlicensed activity. What can you do? Here are some suggestions to help protect yourself. 1. Check and see if they are licensed. In Californi...

Why is it that we don't see more neighborhoods implement the "Neighborhood Watch" signs in the area.  Is it difficult to get started?  Are we not communicating with our neighbors?  Is it that we only have time to just get the car started and get going to work and stop by Starbucks on our way??I would think that more realtors need to be involve with the process and help the community stay safer.  It worries me to see all of the bad news about children being hurt by some stranger lurking in the neighborhood. If this is to much to ask of a realtor to help with the project then my I suggest getting the neighborhood involved with the animal shelters and getting a dog to help protect the property.  They are the un-sung hero's.My thoughts on "Neighborhood Watch".

New Developments in West Roseville, CA Let's talk about New Developments in West Roseville, CA. A new vision for Placer County and great opportunity to become the NEXT Palo Alto, CA.  This is what the new developments will offer Placer County within Placer Ranch, Fiddyment Farms & West Park.  We will be able to start the process of people being close to all of the resources needed at hand instead of having to get in a car and travel for 10 to 30 minutes to get the necessities of everyday living.  I wanted to express that having a community within these developments that provides a means to walk within the community to restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment was the best thing that could have happen to the area.  As a result we look forward to our property values going up, up, up. The ...
