2015 Palos Verdes homes sales for the City of Rolling Hills increased to 29 single family homes sold compared to 19 in 2015.  Price per square foot for Rolling Hills houses that sold in 2015 increased to $831 compared from $741 in 2014, a 12.2% increase.  Average sales price for Rolling Hills homes sold in 2015 was $3,851,474 compared to $3,412,734 in 2014.  The most expensive home sold for $8,550,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,550,000.Currently, Rolling Hills has 18 active Palos Verdes homes for sale ranging in price from $1,300,000 for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,944 square foot home, to $53,000,000 for a 9 bedroom, 25 bath, 51,000 square foot home.  There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.For background and history on Rolling Hills Multiple Listing Area 166, please ...
