Rocklin Condo 412 Beachcomber Dr - Sold by Rocklin Agent Allan Sanchez  I think I'm actually jealous of the buyer who just closed on my latest sold condo in Rocklin.  412 Beachcomber Drive is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 1,200 square feet.  It was a short sale with Bank of America and Greentree that got approved and sold for $145,000.  That's right...3 bedrooms in Rocklin for $145K...Lucky buyer!
