A lender-approved Short Sale is a better choice than a Foreclosure.   Home prices have dropped and a growing number of Rialto homeowners are finding their homes worth much less than the mortgage amount they owe to their lenders. You may find yourself in this situation because: You purchased your Rialto home at the peak of the local market, just before prices began to drop; You took out an interest-only or pick-a-payment option loan and your monthly payments did not reduce the principle owed – as your Rialto home value dropped, the amount you owed on it grew; You tapped into your home’s equity with a second mortgage or home equity line of credit (HELOC) that now exceeds the value of your Rialto home. Know that Foreclosures are not just a Rialto problem, Foreclosures have become a Nation...

Rialto Real Estate The Rialto real estate market has been extremely volatile in the past few years, from foreclosures, short sales and standard sales as well. But Rialto real estate transactions are still happening in spite of the market crash and tough market conditions. While it is true that many unfortunate Rialto homeowners are losing their properties to foreclosure, foreclosing banks and lenders are not in any hurry to list their Rialto foreclosed assets for sale. Banks have slowed the resale of their Rialto foreclosures to a trickle to keep the real estate marketplace competitive for buyers and to not flood the supply. It is a great time to buy Rialto real estate if you have the resources to do so, but there are many buyers and investors buying foreclosures. These conditions make...

Divorce is not so uncommon an occurrence.  It happens in all sorts of cities, not just Rialto, CA. Interestingly enough, with the dip in home prices, this has become more of  a common occurrence.  One recent article chronicles how the house has now become a “hot potato” when it comes to divorce. Remember that game as a kid? Nobody wants to get stuck with the hot potato! Due to diminishing home values in many places, including Rialto, CA along with mounting household debt, many divorcing couples are hoping that they are not the one who gets straddled with the home in the end.  Keeping the house for the sake of the continuity of the children used to be one of the major reasons to fight to keep the house. However, today both the real estate market and the financial complexities must be st...

Rialto California Listing Agents – Sell My House in Rialto CA So you’ve decided to sell your house in Rialto California. There are many factors to consider when entering into such a transaction. First, in tumultuous times like these, you must first determine what type of sale you will need. Are you selling a Rialto property with equity? In another words, do you owe less than what the property is worth? If so you will be conducting a standard Rialto real estate sale. This type of sale obviously is the best scenario because you should come out of the deal with a margin between the sales price and any money owed on the Rialto CA home, minus the cost of sale. Do you owe more on your Rialto House than it’s worth? Like many Americans, the real estate market has put severe strains on the drea...

Now we already know that the Economy is going down the sewer, so it no surprise to me that even the hardest workers in America are struggling as well. On Tuesday afternoon, off-duty firefighters and their families were picketing to inform Rialto residents about recent threats they have been receiving. Firefighters in Rialto were picketing over threats of layoffs. They fear safety will be compromised for not only themselves, but the public also. Firefighters in Rialto are waging a battle to save jobs. They’re not picketing for raises or more hours, they just want to be able to maintain their job just as much as anyone else. The city is saying that they have to lay off four firefighters and six more later on down the road. The decision came after informal negotiations broke off last week...

Thought I'd post this Rialto Unified School District Middle School 2011-2012 Bell Schedule here for you to print and post so you can make sure your Rialto ...
