We lived up in the Sierras in Pine Mountain Lake, a fly in community. My husband owned a great little plane (Alon Ercoupe, a rather sporty little plane and one of the last ones made when Mooney bought the company).   Because we owned an acre and backed up to 160 acres of ranchland, I thought we had the room for a bigger dog.
