 The Palos Verdes luxury home market closed out 2017 with 51 sales of homes priced at or above $3,000,000.  Thirty of the luxury home sales are located in Palos Verdes Estates. Rancho Palos Verdes recorded twelve sales, and Rolling Hills had nine luxury homes sales in the $3,000,000 and up price range.There are currently 35 Palos Verdes luxury homes for sale on the entire Palos Verdes Peninsula, and six Palos Verdes residences priced over $3 mm are in escrow with accepted offers.The number of Palos Verdes luxury homes listed for sale declined over the holidays as several were taken off the market.
