It's that time again, last quarter of the year and homes are still moving, people are still buying and selling real estate. In this market report, we have 44 detached properties in contingent status in the 92127 area. In pending status, there are only 27 properties and the smallest is a 1528 square foot single level home on Turtleback Lane in the High Country West community where "Turtleback" Elementary School is also located. It was priced at $475,000 at the time it went into pending status. It has not yet closed escrow at the time of this writing though. The average detached home for this month in this category and in this zipcode, for this past month is 3594 square feet with an overall average of 64 days of market time. San Diego Real Estate August Market Report for Rancho Bernardo So How's Your Market?  There is good news and bad news , which would you like first? Here is the Good News. * During the month of August, there are 263 Active Listings in RB ( Rancho Bernardo). The Average Price is $899,718 and the Median Price is $668,880.  There were 53 Listings Pending Close of Escrow and 46 Sold Listings during the month. The Average Sold Listing was $694,993 and the median sold was $564,450. A Recap of the Year to Date Sales shows we had 246 sold homes so far with the high selling price of $4,000000 and the low of $324,900.
