For years, I have been practicing my "Tai Chi" religiously...for my health! I used to fall down alot! I used to break bones alot! My feet, my ankles. After I broke my wrist really, really bad and completed my physical therapy my therapist suggested I learn Tai Chi to assist me in learning better balance and help me become more aware of my surroundings, also to improve my muscle strengthe and joint flexibility.
