A favorite pastime, besides dining and visiting art galleries, is haunting area antique shops. Sometimes it's to seek out something specific, but often it is just the fun of looking and perhaps finding a real treasure or a great gift.     Ramona, California, has gotten quite a reputation as a hub of antiques in the San Diego area, and a drive down main street (Route 78) readily reveals why this is so. We took a trip yesterday to Julian for apples and lunch, and the 60-mile trip out the 78 from Carlsbad to Julian takes you through the inland countryside, and Ramona is about 2/3s of the way.
