Today was one of those days where the phone is ringing and the emails are collecting more and more every minute. It happens when you have 2 closings in a week. You get emails from buyers, sellers, escrow, title, lenders and anyone else that thinks they are involved. On top of that the painters decided to come today to do touch up’s from wear and tear. I talked to them 2 weeks ago. They had time today! Today! When we have a really busy morning and week. I didn’t have time make lunch and have been working all morning.
