Okay, here's the quick version of how my cat (Mr. Kitty) is a highly ranked blog in the Google search engine. It can be found at http://killcount.blogspot.com. The site is NOT for those who can not tolerate dead animals left by a cat. You have been warned. Mr. Kitty began bringing his daily "catches" and leaving them on the door step for us ever since we got him. I began taking pictures and posting them to a blog. There were short descriptions of the pictures, all just for fun and family. There were videos added after a while that were posted to some sites including YouTube so I could pass them on to others. Client thinking of paint their home this spring? Better plan on doing any repairs first. I see it much too often, homeowners wanting some repairs done after the home has been painted. I love interesting places to eat and we found one today in Placerville, CA called the Heyday Cafe'. It has a small but rounded menu and the food was great. Sean and I had a Chicken Panni with mango chutney sauce and a Caesar salad, the help was attentive and we lucked out by going in a little early. We just completed a 203k consultation where my lender joined us to see what I do and then treated us to lunch. The Realtor Joanne Frisk told us about this place. Joanne is a ReMax Gold Realtor and is very knowledgeable in the 203k process. Our host Sean Anderson is an active renovation expert at Wells Fargo Home Loans in Folsom CA. The 30th annual Hangtown Christmas Parade is tomorrow - Sunday December 2nd.  The theme "Tales of Christmas."  Last year's event drew about 750 parade participants!  There is no entry "fee", however spectators are asked to bring an "entry form" and an unwrapped gift for Toys for Tots, and entry forms are available at the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce, the Mountain Democrat and Les Schwab Tires.The parade will be at 1pm on the Historic Main Street in Placerville. I own 9 acres of river front property.There is a well traveled route to my property. 6 miles east of Sandridge Road and Highway 49.
