Federal Reserve To Purchase Additional 1.25 Trillion In Mortgage Securities- Paradise CA Real Estate                                         Press Release Federal Reserve Bank, Board of Governors, Date: January 27, 2010 I know you're saying it doesn't sound like much. But a trillion dollars here and a trillion dollars there, pretty soon your talking real money. Consumer Confidence & California Home Prices Rise, January 2010-Paradise CA Real Estate It appears consumer confidence is on the rise after declining for most of 2009 according to RCB's Survey. Confidence is up 19 points since last month as measured by RBC indices. With CAR's reported increase in home prices, in California, consumers in the market to buy a home may be in a bit of a footrace. Of course as the saying goes real-estate-is-local. Making Homes Affordable Loan Servicers Report Card, Paradise CA Real Estate   The following charts are excerpts from the Obama Administration's December 10, 2009, monthly report for the Making Home Affordable (MHA) loan modification program. The Report States:  The first time number of modifications that have transitioned from the trial to permanent phase.  728,000 modifications are under way across the country, the program is on track to meet its goals over the next several years. Please. I'm begging. If you are a buyer looking to purchase a foreclosure property, do your best to ensure that you've hired a Realtor well-versed in REO transacations. I can not stress this enough! I just stopped in the middle of submitting an offer on an REO property in Paradise, CA to write this. It is so frustrating to me when I see offers come in from well-qualified, strong buyers who have unfortunately chosen the wrong Realtor for the job. The Realtor may very well be an excellent choice on a normal, retail purchase transaction. However, REO is a niche market, and not all Realtors take the time and effort to learn the nuances, and therefore effectively represent their client.
