I have buyers currently that are still speculating that the market is going to drop.  Yes, It may but only 6-8% in non coastal markets.  Palos Verdes Peninsula is on the rise and so are the Beach Cities above $1million.Yes, will these buyers save money.  Not always, It depends on 2 things. 1.  Due to the fact that we have no new construction in Palos Verdes, our real estate market is still strong and stable and will stay that way.  Economist predicted that for the last two years we will see no major drop in the real estate market in the South Bay.  The news is full of foreclosure news in Los Angeles and Riverside County.  IF you look closely, this is only in the areas where there is new construction.  You will not see areas like the South Bay or the Pasadena, Los Angeles Downtown Areas being affected by a large foreclosure market.  Economist tell us that it would take a major recession, natural disaster or major terrorist problem to cause a drop in our real estate market.  The economy is strong and not like the 1990 market when we were in a recession. Yes, of course I still ... 09/18/2007

Did you know that if you have a termite company that does not find all termite damage that you do have recourse?  Yes, It is true.According to Andy's Termite owner you do have help to termite companies that have made mistakes or overlooked termite damage.  By the law, if the Termite company misses any damage, they must cover any missed damage in their report for up to one year by law.Andy states that the best thing to do is call in another termite company to reinspect the property.  Not all termite companies are willing to do this but for those that do this is called a police inspection.  The cost is around $150.00 for a report.
