Palos Verdes homes sales in the Monte Malaga neighborhood for the first half of 2015 increased to 13 single family homes sold in 2015 compared to 9 in 2014.  Price per square foot for Monte Malaga houses that sold in the first half of 2015 increased to $821 from $639 in 2014, a 28.6% increase.  Average sales price for Monte Malaga homes sold in the first half of 2015 increased to $3,203,538 in 2015 compared to $2,562,111 in 2014.  The most expensive Palos Verdes home sold in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $15,550,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $1,220,000.Currently, the Monte Malaga neighborhood has 16 Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 16 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,695,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2...

The number of homes sold over the last 3 months, averaging 22 sales per month, is up 47% compared to the same period last year . Condos and townhomes are available in some neighborhoods of Palos Verdes, particularly around the commercial centers. Some are built in areas with amazing views of the coast or the city of Los Angeles, others provide amenities such as pools and tennis courts.Palos Verdes Estates has a limited number of condo/townhome developments around the Lunada Bay plaza and Malaga Cove plaza. Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes both have some larger condo complexes that were built when the land was still county operated and quite a few neighborhoods of townhomes.
