There are 60 homes listed homes listed for sale in the City of Palos Verdes Estates at the end of October, which is 43% greater than this time a year ago. The number of homes sold over the last 3 months, averaging 17 sales per month, is up 17% compared to the same period last year . The Palos Verdes Estates real estate market continues to be relatively strong. The number of homes listed for sale in the City of Palos Verdes Estates increased substantially from January thru June after falling to very low levels at the end of  2013 . The number of homes listed for sale at the end of September has increased significatly to 60 homes for sale, a 47% increase over this time last year.The average number of homes sold per month during the third quarter 2014 decreased 5% compared to last year's 3rd quarter, averaging 18 sales per month. Lower Lunada Bay in Palos Verdes Estates.      Josh and I made our usual Tuesday tour of new Palos Verdes listings today.  It was one of those days that took us on a complete loop of the entire Peninsula as we made our way from one open house to the next.
