Greetings all, we should see interest rate go down a little bit more in the next few weeks. One thing I can guarantee you is this....they won't stay this low for ever!! The day of double digit interest in in the future that is for sure. If you don't believe me just do a little research or talk with Alan Greenspan....Alan seems to think it won't be too long before we see 10 percent interest rates again!! Owch...I hope he is wrong but my research shows that he is right many more times than wrong! He was the most influential person in Governent/Fed for many years. What does this mean for you if you are thinking of purchasing but are not sure when we will hit the BOTTOM? He donates his time every year or has his son who is equally talented! to the christmas photo at the bank. It is a free service for all the kids at the Christmas event in the shopping center. Well another year another honeybee festival down...my son loved this year's festivities.He loved the horse pulled wagon ride the most I think..Thanks guys (home ever donated that part). The bounce houses were also a hit with the kids.The food was good as always but the lemonade was really weak this year.The man with the live bee beard was a hit with most people...I heard a couple gasps from the crowd. Next up in Palo Cedro is the yearly Christmas extravaganza. I talked with a client today that I had not seen in awhile. He mentioned that they might want to sell in the near future. He said they had re financed about a year ago or so and that the mortgage was getting ready to adjust. He is not alone. There are so many adjustables out there getting ready to adjust/explode. I can see now why lenders loved to do those subprime neg am loans and all those other FANCY ones that we have seen the last two years!! He let me look at the paper work on his loan to figure some things out for him. I noticed that the lender made approximately $13,500 dollar on his loans....Yes that's right $13,500+ WOW....Now I am not saying the lender took him for a ride or anything but let's just say that that is no small bucket of cash alright!
