Getting an annual home value report from a trusted real estate professional is a good habit to build, especially in a changing market.  And markets do change daily, so an annual report would be something to do if you are not planning for ten years or more.  Of course, if you are considering moving in less than ten years, it would be highly recommended to receive quarterly market reports; and consider monthly reports if you are thinking of moving in the next twenty-four months.  If you would like a personalized report, please use the form above and we will get one to you asap.  Call 650-382-2880 for a private consultation.

The "Sambuceto Orchard" located on the corner of Maybell Avenue and Clemo Avenue in Palo Alto has been placed on the market for sale. The almost 2.46 acre lot was originally part of a larger apricot orchard owned by Giacomo Sambuceto since the early 1900's. In the 1960's, the City of Palo Alto purchased a large parcel (approximately 4.4 acres) on the western end of the farm that became Juana Briones Park and Palo Alto Fire Station 5 (corner of Clemo Avenue and Arastradero Road). The Sambuceto family retained approximately a third of the original farm, including four single family homes they had constructed along Maybell Avenue on the northern boundary of the remaining property. When the family relocated to Los Altos Hills in the 1990's, the homes were leased and the orchard was, by then...

Open Sat/Sun 1:30-4:30   A "Beach House" in Barron Park   3756 La Selva Dr. Palo Alto, Ca.   Virtual Tour link: http://www.visualtour.com/shownp.asp?T=2124156       It is like living in a beach house but you are in Barron Park in one of Palo Alto's most popular neighborhoods.  The white wood paneled walls, light streaming in from the many windows, and comfortable floor plan are all reminiscent of a home by the Pacific Ocean.  This cottage from the 20's needs updating to bring it up to the new century standards, but the basic structure and design are still warm and inviting.  This spacious home has about 1,500 square feet of living space on a 5,300 square foot lot ( Buyer to Verify). It includes 3 bedrooms, with a very large bedroom opening up into the lovely fenced yard.  The kitchen f...

The Barron Park neighborhood in Palo Alto, bounded by Matedero Ave, El  Camino Real and Arastedero Road, is known for having a unique character. It was the last to be annexed to Palo Alto in 1975 despite the heated debate that it should remain independent. It remains its rural feel with the absence of sidewalks and curbs. Many people are attracted to Barron Park for its strong sense of community. Newcomers to the neighborhood feel welcomed right away as they begin to participate in the communities activities. The Barron Park neighborhood association has several gatherings throughout the year. Another feature unique to Barron Park is the neighborhood donkeys, Pericles (or Perry, for short) and Miner 49er. The Barron Park donkeys have been loved and cared for by generations of Palo A...
