Some more GOOD news, reported by the National Association of Realtors!  Pending home sales index, a forward-looking indicator based on signed contracts, rose 6.1% to 110.1 in September, following a 6.4% increase in August. It was the eighth consecutive monthly increase and the highest reading since December 2006. We have been actively working with home owners facing foreclosures. Some have been working with their lender trying for a loan modification... For the most part they are not successful and in extreme cases the lend charges a fee to buy down points or for what I just don't know... During the loan modification the lender started the foreclosure the Notice of Default (NOD) is filed.  I believe this is a deceptive on the part of the lender, and can be avoided or delayed.If you are in trouble with your mortgage you need to know you options.  First call your lender and try for a loan modification.  Have a back-up plan is case the loan modification doesn't work for you.  The lender is working for them selves not you.If you can't make your mortgage payment you will be moving, however you do hav... 11/06/2009

Confused about whether lawmakers will extend the $8,000 first-time?  There appears to be a compromise arrangement that is somewhere between the most and least generous ideas that have been discussed so far. Total housing inventory fell 10.8% in August to 3.62 million units currently on the market nationally, down from a 4.06 million units in July.
