Single Family Home Prices in Ojai CA for April 2013   Real Estate data for Single Family Homes in Ojai provided by Kathy Stoltman, Rockwood Realty   Inventory levels still dominate the state of the Single Family Homes Real Estate Market in Ojai. This low inventory is still the driving force of price appreciation. We are seeing multiple offers on most homes, especially those priced below $650K.     Bank owned properties have really tapered off from their high levels and while we do expect to still see some bank owned properties come on the market, we do not expect to be inundated with them. Short sales and equity sales make up the rest of the market. It was such a beautiful day yesterday in Ojai, that I feel compelled to post about this wonderful community.   The atmosphere in Ojai is one of creativity, perhaps brought on by the natural beauty of the area and this beauty and glorious energy attracts artists of all kinds, which makes Ojai all that more interesting.   Ojai has a relaxing energy perhaps brought on by the Chumash Indians. Some 3000 years ago, the Chumash Tribe settled roots in the Ojai Valley, bringing their well-developed civilization with them.  The name Ojai is originally from the Chumash tribe word “A’hwai” (pronounced ah hay) meaning “moon” or some say meaning “nest”.  The Chumash lived in Ojai for hundreds of years, believing that the valley held mystical powers possibly due to the unique east-west configuration. ...

This one was taken from the Municipal Theatre Association of St. Louis.   This must see performance of this classic tale will be performed at the Ojai Art Center through April 28th.   Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays   and 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.     The cost of Tickets are: $20 general admission $18 for Seniors $10 Student...
