Got junk Lately I have been driving around my neighborhood, and I have been seeing these trucks that say on the side of them "Got Junk" 1-800-got-junk. So Today I decided that I wanted to find out more about this company (company Info.) and if it would be helpful for my clients, when they buy, and sell a home.What I found out is that this company is for hire. They will come out, and pick up your trash, and dump it for you. I found this to be a great idea for my clients. No more having to call a trash company to come out drop off a trash container,  fill up, and have to worry about the neighbors filling it up before you do. Contracts   When I meet with a new client that is looking to buy a home. We sit down and talk. I am interested in finding out more about my new clients, and how I can help them buy a home. I want to find out what is important to them, and what they are looking for in a home. I then give them a copy of the purchase contract to go over.I want my clients to understand the purchase contract. I want them to review the contract, and if they have a question about it ask me. Buying a house is going to be the biggest purchase that most homebuyers are going to make in their life. What is new in Northridge? How about the new fire station  # 87. I have been living in the Northridge area for over 34 years. For as long as I have been here Fire station # 87 Has been located at the same Location.LAFD Fire Station 87    10241 Balboa Blvd,  Northridge, CA 91325The current one is a real small fire house. For the past 18+ months the city has been Building the new home of fire station # 87 less than a block away, and across the street. I have been trying to get information on this new Fire station. Travel Town Museum  What is it? Where is it? Well that is why I am writing this blog. Travel Town in its pure form is an outdoor Transportation Museum of old railroad cars, which preserves and celebrates the railroad heritage of the Western United States. Living in Northridge is extremely out of this world; however a time comes when you want to get away, and have something exciting, and fun to do. This is where The Griffith Observatory comes to mind. It is one of southern California`s leading attractions. The Griffith Observatory is located in Griffith Park. It is a Planetarium, with various attractions, on the solar system, the universe, and the new Leonard Nimoy event Horizon Theater. It is very educational, and a fun filled day. On January 1, 2007, California became first state in the nation to pass a law to limit the chaining and tethering of dogs. In August of 2005 Los Angeles was one of the first cities in California to do this. This law makes it illegal to restrain a dog to a stationary object for more than three hours in a 24-hour period. Zero waste workshop.I saw this, and said to myself what is a zero waste workshop. It is the city`s effort to reduce waste and protect the environment.The core goal of the Renew L.A. plan is to achieve zero waste in L.A.
