John McMonigle a highly successful real estate agent's villa in Newport Coast is back on the market at $37 million.  This was a project of John's and quite the undertaking.  Known as Newport Coast's Villa del Lago a compound on 12.5 acres the three story 17,000 square foot home is wonderful.  It is a Tuscan home with a 1 acre lake and a 17 car garage as well as a vineyard.
